Everything is a Loom: Weaving Workshop with Elaine Alder

Join Artist in Residence Elaine Alder to learn how to make your own loom, and weave on it!

In this beginner workshop, participants will learn to improvise a loom from found objects, including stones, sticks, marine debris, plastic waste, etc. Participants will weave on a strong warp using a mix of found and provided materials for weft. During the workshop we will responsibly forage some materials for both looms and weft. Looms may range widely in size!

This workshop is open to youth and adults ages 15+ Registration is required and spots are limited! All materials are included in your registration fee!
