Tablet Weaving Workshop with Jessie Fraser

This workshop is an introduction to the ancient art of Tablet or Card weaving. In this weaving workshop we will familiarize ourselves with essential tools used in tablet weaving, we will learn how to read a tablet weaving draft and how to wind a warp while setting up the cards. Participants will gain insight into the fundamentals of tablet weaving while cultivating best weaving practices as they create their own woven band.
