The TRUCK Art Collective was conceived after a series of projects that showcased relationship building as key to understanding the industries that our world is both dependent on and in dire need of transitioning away from. Emily Neufeld, Drew Pardy, and Annie Canto founded TRUCK in order to continue to ask questions about environments where manual labour demands collaboration. They hope to learn more about their own roots having been raised in rural towns across the continent and explore some of the ways that collective making, eating, and costuming can reach communities to change the way we see each other in a time when political views and fear of difference have polarised communities that need to work together to change the way our industrial world operates.
