Julie Pasila is a Tkaronto/Toronto-based photographer and visual artist whose work explores the landscape through tactile, analogue image-making methods. She has exhibited throughout Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe, and her work has been supported by the Canada Council for the Arts and the Ontario Arts Council. Julie received her MFA in Documentary Media from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), and her BFA in Studio Art from the University of Guelph.
