WE ARE LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS!
Behind our building in Historic Port Union, we have a little garden that we love to share with our community!
Our volunteer garden group is open to anyone who resides on the Bonavista Peninsula that would like to share their gardening knowledge with others, and to those who would like to learn where to start. If you would like to help future plans for our little garden, we would love to hear from you!
Each month, we will have a brief gathering to chat about how our garden can serve the community. Volunteers will also help with tasks such as mowing the grass, planting prep, compost maintenance, and more! Volunteers also automatically receive a year’s membership with us, which gives them networking opportunities, priority access and invites, and other special perks.
